Comprehensive Management Plan

We provide basic management with short term and long term recommendations. Thsi will help the landowner and the manager establish a direction and goal for the farm that the beginning. Following are some of the services that are included in our management:

Inspection Reports

Detailed monthly or quarterly inspection reports are sent to our clients. We report on conservation work, tiling, capital improvement recommendations, crop plans, present year crop map showing crop acreage, growing conditions, harvest, and grain inventories.

Marketing

Complete marketing that includes collecting funds and accounting for the investory of the grain and livestock.

Financial Statements

Monthly or quarterly financial statements which itemize all income and expense items.

Annual Financial Summary

Annual summary of financial transactions that are prepared so they can be transferred to tax forms.

Insurance

Building, liability, personal property, multi-peril, and crop hail insurance.

Program Participation

Government program participation.

Receipts

Grain contracts and warehouse receipts.

Dues

Farm organization membership and dues.

Leases

Farm Leases.

Records

Past records of soil maps, limestone history, tile maps.

Storage

Storage needs with elevators and reservation of such storage.
